Tolga Akdemir’s practice focuses on white-collar crime, criminal bankruptcy, competition-related offenses, criminal traffic violations and general criminal law.
From 2010 to 2016 he studied law at the University of Mainz with an emphasis on criminology, juvenile criminal law and the penal system. From 2016 to 2018 he completed his practical legal training within the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt, attending different stages at an international law firm, a civil senate of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt and the public prosecutor’s office, where he gained first experience in dealing with white-collar crime cases, criminal tax violations and political offenses.
In July 2018 Tolga Akdemir was appointed Judge in Baden-Württemberg where he first worked as a prosecutor and later as a judge in two civil chambers of the District Court of Ellwangen. In early 2021 he joined the state justice of Hessen to work as a prosecutor mainly in the white-collar crime department. There he focused on cases of bankruptcy, subsidy fraud, competition-related offenses, criminal breach of trust and cases of general fraud.
In September 2022 he joined the law firm DIERLAMM Rechtsanwälte as an associate.
